The American Waygu Bone-In Tomahawk Ribeye is our top-of-the-line, long-bone Waygu ribeye steak. Each steak is cut to the generous thickness of one rib bone and has the most marbling available from any American Wagyu beef. These steaks are shoe-ins for the “most photogenic” steak award with the most dramatic appearance of any other cut. These steaks have a BMS (Beef marbling Scale) rating of between 9 to 12.
