Receiving Your Local Delivery
Someone 18 or older must be present to receive your order. Because your items are perishable, we cannot leave local deliveries at your front door or unattended.
Please be available throughout your selected window. Our drivers aim to arrive within that window, although traffic and route conditions may affect arrival times.

We offer UPS Ground and UPS Next Day, depending on your destination, product selection, and transit requirements. Available shipping services and charges are displayed at checkout.
Prepared and Packed With Care
Shipped orders are custom cut, vacuum sealed, and flash frozen to help preserve quality, flavor, and freshness.
Each order is hand-packed in a natural fiber insulated shipper with gel packs, then enclosed in a protective corrugated box for transit.
Shipping and Delivery Days
Orders ship Monday–Thursday, with arrivals scheduled Tuesday–Friday.
Our available UPS Ground and UPS Next Day services follow the estimated schedule below. Shipping time begins when your order leaves our shop. Please allow time for order preparation and processing before shipment.
