If you reside or work outside of our Local Delivery Area, we offer Next-Day Shipping via our national shipping carrier. We are happy to arrange a delivery anywhere in the continental United States. Delivery fees will be shown online during the checkout process in your shopping cart.

Delivery Payment:
To order online or by phone, you must use one of the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Prime Time Butcher Gift Cards. We do not accept cash, checks, or C.O.D for Local Delivery Orders.
Delivery Instructions:
Drivers will arive within the window you selected and someone 18 years of age or older must be at home to receive your perishable order. WE CANNOT LEAVE ORDERS AT YOUR FRONT DOOR.

National Delivery
We guarantee you exceptional customer service and convenient delivery. Every order is cut to your specifications, vacuum sealed and flash-frozen to preserve its peak quality, flavor and freshness.
All products are hand-packed in a Natural Fiber Insulated Shipper, with gel packs. Then, each cooler is sealed and placed in a protective corrugated shipping box. Your order will be processed and shipped to ensure that your products arrive at their optimal condition.
We only offer delivery options on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Expedited Delivery
Expedited Next-Day Delivery is overnight, following order processing and shipping. Please see our Estimated Shipping/Arrival Schedule for more information. Delivery charges are based on the the published shipping rates by the carrier to the delivery address.

We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Quality is our first priority. If we can process your order earlier, your delivery could arrive sooner.
Our table below is based on all orders placed before 10 am (Eastern Time) on a particular day. If your order is placed after that time, please see the next day of the week. We make every effort to maintain this schedule. Holidays, inclement weather and other circumstances may cause deviations from this schedule.
