As our products are perishable food products, all sales are final. We strive to make sure every customer is thrilled with each and every purchase.

If you are dissatisfied for any reason or have questions about the condition of your order, please contact us directly within 24 hours of the receipt of your order. You may either email us 24/7 via our Contact Us Page on our website or call us at 516.921.6519 (between 10 am to 5 pm, Monday thru Friday, 10am to 4pm, Saturday and 10am to 2pm, Sunday.  We are closed Wednesdays).

While most deliveries will arrive with your product remaining frozen, weather and delivery delays may result in your product becoming thawed while in-transit. Products that arrive thawed but still cold can be re-frozen or used within 3-5 days.

Prime Time Butcher will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives at its destination.

We are not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered. To enjoy our products, we urge you to make the necessary arrangements to receive your product when delivered by carrier.

Please do not return any shipments without making prior arrangements with Prime Time Butcher’s Customer Service Department. We reserve the right to fully investigate any claims that we believe to be unfounded or fraudulent. All issues will receive our prompt attention.

Refunds can only be credited to the originating credit card.
