BROILING

    More than expected
    There just isn’t a lot of butchers that dry age their prime filets (most wet aged). Additionally, the current shelter at home reduces the supply even further, but it was great to experience the service at Prime Time Butcher who delivered the best steak I’ve had in some time next day. You can’t go wrong ordering from Prime Time Butcher.
