Weighing at just over two pounds, our bone-in ribeye’s have both quantity and quality in its corner. These steaks have a BMS (Beef marbling Scale) rating of between 9 to 12.
Each package contains one unfrenched full bone-in rib eye cut into seven 32oz steaks.
