Our All Natural Bone-In Turkey Breast is left on the bone-in and ready to cook. Our bone-in breasts cook up tender, delicious, and is the perfect size for a small gathering, or makes an excellent supplement to a whole turkey.

6 – 8 lb Breast – 4-6 Average Portions
8 – 10 lb Breast – 6-8 Average Portions
10 – 12 lb Breast – 8-10 Average Portions

ROASTING
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. If you choose, a marinade, rub or select a seasoning recipe. Place in a roasting pan skin side up and roast for approximately 10 – 15 minutes per pound. For Example, a 6-8 pound turkey breast would take approximately 1 hour and 25 minutes to 2 hours. As always, the best way to cook poultry is not by time but by the roasts internal temperature reaching 160 degrees. Consult Cooking ABC’s for more information on cooking times.
