Our All Natural Thin Chicken Cutlets are an excellent, low fat source of protein. With breast bone and skin removed, these White Meat Cutlets are thinly sliced and compatible with a myriad of seasonings and cooking methods. Approximately 4 to 5 cutlets per pound.

BROILING
Preheat broiler. With oven on broil, place broiler pan 6-10 inches away from heat source. Broil on low to medium heat for approximately 6-8 minutes, total cooking time. Baste and turn chicken only once. Consult Cooking ABC’s for more information on cooking times.

GRILLING
Grill on low to medium heat for approximately 6-8 minutes, total cooking time. Baste and turn chicken only once.

SAUTEING
Add egg and breadcrumbs or flour your chicken. Heat oil or butter in pan. Place chicken in pan and cook approximately 4-8 minutes turning once. Add your favorite sauce recipe. Consult Cooking ABC’s for more information on cooking times.
