BRAISING
Heat oil in a large pan. Add chicken and brown on both sides. Remove chicken and sautée until tender. Place chicken back in pan along with favorite seasonings and 1 inch of liquid. BROILING

GRILLING
Coat the chicken with your favorite rub, marinade or spices. Grill on low to medium heat for approximately 12-14 minutes, total cooking time. Baste and turn chicken only once. Consult Cooking ABC’s for more information on cooking times.

ROASTING
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat chicken with a your favorite marinade, rub or select a seasoning recipe. Reduce oven heat to 350 degrees and bake uncovered on a baking sheet for about 25-30 minutes. Consult Cooking ABC’s for more information on cooking times.
