Our Premium Angus New York Strip Steak is a griller’s delight. Also known as Shell Steak or Kansas City Strip Steak, it is hand cut from the short loin. This popular steakhouse cut is tender, juicy and full of flavor. Strip Steak is the perfect balance between a more highly marbled Ribeye and a leaner Sirloin or Filet.
BROILING
 Preheat broiler. Place broiling pan 3-4 inches away from heat source. Broil approximately 8-14 minutes (depending on your degree of doneness you desire), total cooking time. Consult Cooking ABC’s for more information on cooking times.
