Our Premium Angus Bone-In Rib Roast is the Rolls Royce of meat.  Want to make an impression for that special meal?  This is the roast for you.  Rich and flavorful, this classic cut is exceedingly tender and beautifully absorbs any seasoning you can come up with.  Choose Standing (bones left intact) or Cradled  (back bone (chime) removed and tied back for easy carving.

ROASTING
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. If you choose, select a seasoning recipe. Place roast on roasting rack, fat side up in a roasting pan. Put uncovered pan in oven and reduce temperature to 350 degrees. Roast for approximately 20 minutes per pound. Consult the Cooking ABC’s for more information on cooking times. Let roast rest for about 10-12 minutes. Remove fat covering and string before slicing.
