BROILING FOR STEAKS
Preheat broiler. Place broiling pan 3-4 inches away from heat source. Broil approximately 6-10 minutes (depending on your degree of doneness you desire), total cooking time. Consult Cooking ABC’s for more information on cooking times.

Preheat grill. Cook on low-medium heat for approximately 6-10 minutes, (depending on your degree of doneness you desire), total cooking time. Consult Cooking ABC’s for more information on cooking times.

ROASTING AS A WHOLE FILET MIGNON
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. If you choose, select a seasoning recipe. Place roast on roasting rack, fat side up in a roasting pan. Put uncovered pan in oven and reduce temperature to 350 degrees. Roast for approximately 20 minutes per pound. Consult the Cooking ABC’s for more information on cooking times. Let roast rest for about 4-6 minutes. Remove fat covering and string before slicing.
