BROILING FOR STEAKS
Preheat broiler. Place broiling pan 3-4 inches away from heat source. Broil approximately 8-14 minutes (depending on your degree of doneness you desire), total cooking time. Consult Cooking ABC’s for more information on cooking times.

GRILLING FOR STEAKS
Preheat grill. Cook on low-medium heat for approximately 10-14 minutes, (depending on your degree of doneness you desire), total cooking time. Consult Cooking ABC’s for more information on cooking times.

ROASTING FOR ROASTING
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. If you choose, select a seasoning recipe.
Place roast on roasting rack, fat side up in a roasting pan. Put uncovered
pan in oven and reduce temperature to 350 degrees. Roast for approximately 20
minutes per pound. Consult the Cooking ABC’s for more information on cooking times.
Let roast rest for about 10-12 minutes. Remove fat covering and string before slicing. Consult Cooking ABC’s for more information on cooking times.
