Veal Cutlets are hand pounded thin, quick-cooking, tender and lean. An excellent choice for pan-searing dishes such as Veal Picatta, Franchese, Milanese, Marsala or Parmigiana.

Dust cutlets with either seasoned flour or egg and bread crumbs. Heat oil in a pan on medium-high heat. Add cutlets and brown on 1st side about 2-3 minutes and second side about 1-2 minutes. Add your favorite sauce recipe or eat “au natural.” Consult Cooking ABC’s for more information on cooking times.
