All Natural Whole Fresh Ham


Our Whole Bone-In Fresh Hams are not cured or smoked. As the ham cooks, its marbled fat slowly melts, infusing the meat with moisture and rich flavor. Season the ham with a simple rub and serve with a delicious pan sauce for a memorable feast. Great for a crowd!

Whole Ham – 16-20 Average Portions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Season ham. Set the meat in a large roasting pan and roast until the internal temperature registers 145 to 148 degrees which should take approximately about 3 hours or 20 to 22 minutes per pound. Remove the roast from the oven, tent loosely with foil, and allow it to rest for 20 to 30 minutes before serving. The internal temperature should rise to 5 to 10 degrees. Then serve an enjoy!
