All Natural Whole “Broiler-Fryer” Chicken


Our All Natural “Broiler – Fryer” Chicken is plump and ideal for frying or roasting. Smaller and more tender bird than a traditional Roaster, a Fryer Chicken is only approximately 3 1/2 – 4 pounds.

Seasoning Options
Herb Seasoned: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fresh Chopped Garlic, Rosemary, Thyme & Sage.
Apricot Plum: Sweet Apricot Preserve and Plum Jam.
Hoisin Glaze: Asian BBQ Sauce with Ginger & Garlic.
Prime Time Homemade BBQ Sauce:  A Unique, Robust, & Tangy BBQ Sauce with Fresh Herbs and Garlic.
Teriyaki: Soy Sauce, Sugar,  Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Sesame Seeds & Spices.
Dijon Basil:  A Unique Poultry Marinade with Basil That Cooks Up With a Savory Crust.


1 Chicken – 4-5 Average Portions


Fry only chicken parts for best results.
Heat 3 inches of oil in a heavy pan to 375 degrees. Dip chicken in batter or breading then immerse in oil. Fry until the internal cooking temperature of chicken reaches 160 degrees and is golden brown. Drain on a rack or on paper towels.


Preheat oven. Roast at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Check to see that the internal temperature in the thigh joint reaches 160 degrees. Let rest for about 4-6 minutes before carving. Consult Cooking ABC’s for more information on cooking times.
