Whole bone-in ham “as-is” refers to a ham that includes the full bone intact, while boned, rolled, and tied ham refers to a bone-in ham that has been deboned, rolled for compactness, and tied, resulting in a boneless product.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Season ham. Set the meat in a large roasting pan and roast until the internal temperature registers 145 to 148 degrees which should take approximately about 3 hours or 20 to 22 minutes per pound. Remove the roast from the oven, tent loosely with foil, and allow it to rest for 20 to 30 minutes before serving. The internal temperature should rise to 5 to 10 degrees. Then serve an enjoy!
