Stuffed Capon Breast with Veggie Stuffing


Tender and juicy, our boned-out All Natural Stuffed Capon Breast is formed into a pocket and filled with homemade vegetable stuffing and topped with our signature Sweet Apricot Plum Glaze. Ideal for Roasting.


1 Stuffed Capon Breast – 4-5 Average Portions
All Stuffed Capon Breasts are seasoned with a Apricot Plum Glaze.
Each Stuffed Capon Breast weighs between 3 lbs. to 4 lbs.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place chicken in a roasting pan. Put in oven and reduce temperature to 350 degrees. Roast for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Cooking Note: Read the internal temperature of the stuffed Chicken Breast by inserting the instant read thermometer halfway in. (Even though there is no chicken in the middle, stuffing has to reach the same internal temperature as poultry). Consult Cooking ABC’s for more information on cooking times.
