All of our fresh seafood is portioned out and vacuum-sealed to guarantee freshness. When you take it home, it can last packaged in these specially designed pouches for three to five days or longer. 

All of our seafood ships frozen, but when quickly frozen as ours is, the great flavor and characteristics of freshly caught seafood are locked in.

Shrimp

Shrimp are available year-round and are as versatile as they are abundant. We only handpick those with translucent, firm flesh to ensure you serve guests the freshest-tasting dinners. Shrimp pil pil is a classic tapas dish with chili and garlic, beloved by seafood fans around the world.    

Tuna

We love tuna because it’s one of the few fishes you can legitimately call a steak! Its firm flakiness is a favorite among fish lovers, and tuna tartare with ponzu and ginger is a surefire-winning recipe. 

Tilapia
