The Best Turkey Gravy

INGREDIENTS
  • Pan Drippings from Amazing Roasted Turkey
  • ¼ Cup Unsalted Banner Butter
  • ¼ Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Teaspoons Chopped Fresh Thyme
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • Kosher Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper To Taste
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Strain pan drippings, discard solids and reserve approximately 2 ½ cups of pan drippings and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour and thyme until a little browned, about 1 minute.
  3. Gradually whisk in reserved pan drippings. Bring to light boil and reduce heat to a simmer.  Make sure you whisk constantly, until thickened, about 5-8 minutes.  Stir in parsley and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  4. Serve warm.
