May be cooked on stove top or in the oven at 350 degrees. If you choose, dust your meat with seasoned flour. Heat oil, brown meat on all sides and set aside. Brown your vegetables (onions, carrots or celery). Return the veal to the pot and cover with 2 inches of water, stock, wine or your favorite liquid. Cover and cook low and slow for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes-1 hours and 45 minutes or until fork tender. Option: When about 45 minutes remain in the cooking process, add vegetables.
