ROASTING
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add onions, seasonings, ketchup or other ingredients. Place meat mixture in uncovered loaf pan. Roast for approximately 30-35 minutes. SAUTEING
To make meatballs, add onions, seasonings, marinara sauce or other ingredients. Heat oil in large skillet to medium-high heat. Cook on all sides for approximately 10-12 minutes. Consult Cooking ABC's for more information on cooking times. Low Calorie Method: In a baking dish, add meatballs and a small amount of water to the bottom of the pan. Roast about 18-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches about 140-150 degrees. Consult Cooking ABC's for more information on cooking times.
