Our Prime Dry Aged New York Strip Steak is a steakhouse favorite. It is also known as Shell Steak or Kansas City Strip Steak. Handcut and Dry Aged for tenderness, these nicely marbled steaks are carved from the short loin making them juicy, tender and full of flavor. This cut is a perfect balance between a higher fat steak such as Ribeye and a very lean steak such as Sirloin or Filet.

BROILING
Preheat broiler. Place broiling pan 3-4 inches away from heat source.
Broil approximately 8-14 minutes (depending on your degree of doneness you desire), total cooking time.
