Dry Aged All Natural 1st Cut Brisket

Our Dry Aged Prime First Cut Brisket of Beef has a delciate texture and wonderful flavor. This cut is perfect for stewing, braising or smoking. Slow cook with aromatic vegetables and stock or smoke slowly over wood chips. Flavors infuse into meat as it cooks to complete tenderness and thickens in its own sauce. Slice leftovers against the grain for great Brisket sandwiches.

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Place Brisket in roasting pan. Add vegetables, seasonings, other ingredients and at least 2 inch of liquid such as wine, stock, water or a combination of all three. Place in oven covered for approximately 2 hour to 2 1/2 hours or until fork tender.
