Because each whole short loin includes Porterhouse, T-Bone, and New York Strip steaks, serving sizes will naturally vary. Porterhouse steaks are the largest, followed by T-Bones, while New York Strip steaks are generally smaller. Your selected thickness will also affect the size of each serving.
