Please Note: The number of steaks you receive will vary based on the size of the ribeye and the thickness you select. Thicker cuts produce fewer steaks, while thinner cuts produce more.

Because each whole short loin includes Porterhouse, T-Bone, and New York Strip steaks, serving sizes will naturally vary. Porterhouse steaks are the largest, followed by T-Bones, while New York Strip steaks are generally smaller. Your selected thickness will also affect the size of each serving.
