Premium Angus Boneless Rib Roast is a traditional luxury. Rich and flavorful, this classic cut is exceedingly tender and beautifully absorbs seasoning. Boneless Prime Rib is removed from the bone for easy slicing and tied for cooking.
Seasoning Options
 Herb Marinade: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fresh Chopped Garlic, Rosemary, Thyme & Sage.
ROASTING
 Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  If you choose, select a seasoning recipe.
 Place roast on roasting rack, fat side up in a roasting pan.  Put uncovered
 pan in oven and reduce temperature to 350 degrees.  Roast for approximately 20
 minutes per pound.  Consult the Cooking ABC’s for more information on cooking times.
 Let roast rest for about 10-12 minutes. Remove fat covering and string before slicing.  Consult Cooking ABC’s for more information on cooking times.
