Brooklyn Hot Dog Co. Smoked & Uncured Pepperoni Hot Dog

While certainly a classic, pizza is often associated as more of a “New York food” than hot dogs. By harnessing the flavor of one of America’s favorite pizza toppings, we were able to give TheBrooklyn Hot Dog Company Pepperoni Hot Dog the taste it deserved, while paying tribute to the melting pot of New York food culture.

Aside from finding the slight spice associated with pepperoni in paprika, cayenne, and mustard, we turned to seasonings like anise, fennel, and garlic. We kept Its consistency still to that of a hot dog, but allowed the flavor to play off of components we already used, like our blend of Beef and Pork, and our natural casing. The result is a truly delicious and fun food that still holds itself to the same brand and health standards as the rest of our product line.
