A classic steakhouse cut, our Dry Aged Prime T-Bone Steak is actually two steaks in one; a richly flavored Shell Steak and a tender and smooth textured Filet Mignon. The T-bone is an outstanding cut for the grill.
BROILING
 Preheat broiler. Place broiling pan 3-4 inches away from heat source. Broil approximately 10-14 minutes (depending on your degree of doneness you desire), total cooking time. Consult Cooking ABC’s for more information on cooking times.
