BROILING
Preheat broiler. Place broiling pan 3-4 inches away from heat source. Broil approximately 4-8 minutes (depending on your degree of doneness you desire), total cooking time. Consult Cooking ABC’s for more information on cooking times.

Great Appetizer
Wow…wow. These skewers were the best. Needed a appetizer for a birthday barbecue but wasn’t expecting how great the combination of cut of meat and great marinade. Half of them never even made it to the guests. These are a must have. I will be ordering these again.
