ROASTING
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add onions,

SAUTING
To make meatballs, add onions, seasonings, ketchup or other ingredients. Heat oil in large skillet to medium-high heat. Cook on all sides for approximately 10-12 minutes. Preheat broiler. Place broiling pan
