Our Dry Aged Filet Mignon Steaks are known as “The King of Steaks.” Completely trimmed, our Filet Mignon is subtle in flavor and its fork-tender texture literally melts in your mouth.
BROILING
Preheat broiler. Place broiling pan 3-4 inches away from heat source. Broil approximately 6-10 minutes (depending on your degree of doneness you desire), total cooking time. Consult Cooking ABC’s for more information on cooking times.
GRILLING

More than expected
There just isn’t a lot of butchers that dry age their prime filets (most wet aged). Additionally, the current shelter at home reduces the supply even further, but it was great to experience the service at Prime Time Butcher who delivered the best steak I’ve had in some time next day.
