The American Waygu Ribeye Filet Steakis cut from the premium center eye of the yielding the highest level of marbling. Each ribeye filet is a perfect balance of natural tenderness and rich buttery flavor. Hand trimmed removing all visible fat and perfectly sized for easy preparation with a mouthwatering plate presentation. These steaks have a BMS (Beef marbling Scale) rating of between 9 to 12.
BROILING
