Our American Waygu Boneless New York Strip Steaks are meticulously hand-cut so there is a natural variation in size. Each thick NY strip has the great flavor and exquisite texture, which beef experts associate with a great New York strip steak. These are cut from the renowned, American Wagyu beef, so they’re deeply marbled with a wonderful complexity and subtle sweetness that provides a one-of-a-kind steak eating experience. These steaks have a BMS (Beef marbling Scale) rating of between 5 to 8.
Each package contain one whole boneless strip cut into twelve 16 oz steaks.

BROILING
Preheat broiler. Place broiling pan 3-4 inches away from heat source. Broil approximately 8-14 minutes (depending on your degree of doneness you desire), total cooking time. Consult Cooking ABC’s for more information on cooking times.
