An All Natural Turkey Breast, boned out and tied into a roast, this cut is “Thanksgiving” all year round. Average roast cooks in about 90 minutes and sets up well for easy carving.

HERB MARINADE…Rosemary, Thyme, Sage, Fresh Garlic, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

ROASTING
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. If you choose, a marinade, rub or select a seasoning recipe. Place in a roasting pan skin side up and roast for approximately 1 hour – 1 hour and 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
