Our All Natural Baby Back Ribs are tender, moist and fall off the bone. Cut from the center of the loin, All Natural Baby Backs are an outstanding barbecue speciality. Each rack contains 11-13 ribs.

BROILING
Roast or par-boil ribs first. Preheat broiler. Place broiling pan 6-10 inches away from heat source. Broil about 10-20 minutes, total cooking time. The internal temperature should reach 165-175 degrees. Cooking Note: Instead of roasting, par-boil ribs by boiling them in a large pot of water. Don’t pack too many ribs in pot. Cook for 20 minutes after pot reaches a rapid boil. Let ribs sit in pot of water for another 20-30 minutes with the flame off. Cool and dry in the refrigerator. Marinate and grill for 10-20 minutes, total cooking time.

GRILLING
Roast or par-boil ribs first. Preheat grill. Cook on low heat for 10-20 minutes, total cooking time. The internal temperature should reach 165-175 degrees.

ROASTING
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. If you choose, add a marinade, rub or select a seasoning recipe. Put pork in a roasting pan or on a baking sheet. Place covered in oven and reduce temperature to 300 degrees. Roast for about 1 1/4 hours-1 1/2 hours.
