ROASTING POULTRY
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place chicken on a baking sheet. Reduce oven heat to 350 degree and roast for approximately 20-30 minutes (Boneless Breast) or 10-12 minutes (Cutlets) total or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
