    SERVING SIZE GUIDE
    Package Serves 6-8 Average Adults

    BEEF & TURKEY CABBAGE
    Place cabbage in a baking dish, cover cabbage with sauce and cover with aluminum foil.
    Preheat the oven to 350°.
    Heat 18 to 25 minutes.
    Internal temperature should read approximately 160°.
    If desired, remove foil covering the stuffing to brown the top for the last 10-15 minutes.

    CHICKEN SOUP & MATZOH BALLS
    Add chicken soup and matzoh balls to a large pot. Make sure there is enough soup to cover the matzoh balls.
    Bring soup to a simmer…Don’t boil.

    BEEF & TURKEY BRISKET
    Preheat the oven to 325°.
    Add brisket to baking dish. Pour gravy over the top.
    Cover brisket with aluminum foil and heat for 20-25 minutes.

    ROTISSERIE CHICKEN
    Preheat the oven to 350°.
    Lay chicken pieces out on a baking dish in one layer.
    Heat for 20-25 minutes.

    SQUASH & POTATO KUGEL / APPLE & RAISIN KUGEL
    Preheat the oven to 325°.
    Cover kugel with aluminum foil and heat for 20-25 minutes.
    If desired, remove foil covering the kugel to brown the top for the last 8-10 minutes.

    CARROT SOUFFLE
    Preheat the oven to 325°.
    Cover souffle with aluminum foil and heat for 20-25 minutes.
    If desired, remove foil covering the stuffing to brown the top for the last 8-10 minutes.

    MASHED SWEET POTATOES
    Preheat the oven to 325°.
    Place potatoes in a baking dish. Cover sweet potatoes with mini marshmallows.
    Heat for 20-25 minutes or the internal temperature is approximately 140 degrees.

    PLAIN OR GARLIC MASHED
    Preheat the oven to 325°.
    Place potatoes in a baking dish.
    Heat for 20-25 minutes or the internal temperature is approximately 140 degrees.

    ROASTED POTATOES
    Preheat the oven to 375°.
    Lay potatoes out on a baking sheet heat for 15-20 minutes.

    POTATO LATKES
    Preheat the oven to 375°.
    Lay latkes out on a baking sheet heat for 15-20 minutes.

    CARROT TSIMMES
    Preheat the oven to 325°.
    Place potatoes in a baking dish.
    Heat for 20-25 minutes or the internal temperature is approximately 140 degrees.

    MATZOH FARFEL STUFFING
    Place stuffing in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
    Preheat the oven to 325°.
    Heat 30 to 45 minutes for an average size baking pan. For deeper or larger pans increase heating time accordingly.
    Internal temperature should read approximately 160°.
    If desired, remove foil covering the stuffing to brown the top for the last 10-15 minutes.

    SAUTEED BROCCOLI OR SPINACH
    Preheat the oven to 325°.
    Place broccoli in a baking dish. If you don’t want broccoli to brown on top, cover with aluminum foil.
    Heat for 20-25 minutes or the internal temperature is approximately 140 degrees.
