WHOLE TURKEY COOKING TIMES

ROASTING
Pre-heat oven to 400 Degrees. Cover turkey breast with aluminumc foil. Put turkey in the oven and lower your temperature
to 350 Degrees. Cook according to the above chart. Forty-five minutes prior to the turkey being ready, remove the foil
so the turkey browns.

If you are stuffing the turkey, add an additional 20-30 minutes to your cooking time.

A meat thermometer inserted between the thigh and the drumstick should reach 160 degrees.
