ROASTING
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. If you choose, a marinade, rub or select a seasoning recipe. Place in a roasting pan skin side up and roast for approximately 1 hour - 1 hour and 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Consult Cooking ABC's for more information on cooking times.
