BROILING
Preheat broiler. With oven on broil, place broiler pan 6-10 inches away from heat source. Broil for approximately 18-20 minutes total cooking time or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Consult Cooking ABC's for more information on cooking times.

GRILLING

Preheat grill. Place chicken on a preheated grill and cook on low heat for approximately 18-20 minutes of total cooking time or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Consult Cooking ABC's for more information on cooking times.

ROASTING

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place chicken on a baking sheet. Reduce oven heat to 350 degrees and roast for approximately 20-25 minutes total or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Consult Cooking ABC's for more information on cooking times.
