BRAISING
Heat oil in a large pan. Add chicken and brown on both sides. Remove chicken and sautee until tender.
Place chicken back in pan along with favorite seasonings and 1 inch of liquid. Once liquid boils,
reduce heat, cover and simmer for approximately 25-30 minutes.

STEWING
Heat oil in large pot. Brown your chicken on all sides until golden brown. Drain some fat.
Remove chicken from pot. Add vegetables and cook until tender. Return chicken, seasoning,
water, broth or your favorite liquid to just barely cover chicken. Cover and simmer unil tender, about 25-30 minutes.

DEEP-FRYING
Fry only chicken parts for best results. Heat 3 inches of oil in a heavy pan to 375 degrees. Dip chicken
in batter or breading then immerse in oil. Fry until the internal cooking temperature of chicken reaches
160 degrees and is golden brown. Drain on a rack or on paper towels.

GRILLING
Coat the chicken with a marinade or your favorite spices. Grill on low to medium heat for approximately 20-25 minutes,
total cooking time. Baste and turn chicken only once. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees

ROASTING
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Rub chicken with a marinades or your favorite blend of spices. Place chicken on a baking sheet.
Reduce oven heat to 350 degrees and roast for approximately 30-40 minutes total or until the internal temperatue reaches 160 degrees.

SAUTEING
Heat butter or oil in pan. Season chicken with a marinades or your favorite blend of spices. Saute over high heat until chicken
is brown on first side. Flip chicken and brown on second side. Turn heat down to continue cooking for approximately 20-25
minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Turn chicken often until fully cooked.
