Looking for something spectacular? The American Wagyu Bone-In Ribeye Steak might be the only choice. Graded on the Japanese Beef Marbling Scale (BMS) at 9+, it’s the highest level of marbling available in an American Waygu Steak. Weighing at just over two pounds, our bone-in ribeye’s have both quantity and quality in its corner. These steaks have a BMS (Beef marbling Scale) rating of between 9 to 12.
Each package contains one unfrenched full bone-in rib eye cut into seven 32oz steaks.

BROILING
 Preheat broiler. Place broiling pan 3-4 inches away from heat source. Broil approximately 10-14 minutes (depending on your degree of doneness you desire), total cooking time. Consult Cooking ABC’s for more information on cooking times.

 Preheat grill. Cook on low-medium heat for approximately 10-14 minutes, (depending on your degree of doneness you desire), total cooking time. Consult Cooking ABC’s for more information on cooking times.
