Our mouth watering Dry Aged Prime Porterhouse Steak is two cuts in one…a velvety whole Filet Mignon and a juicy Shell Steak divided down the middle by a “T” shaped bone. An exceptional steak for two.Some Steaks Will Not Include Porterhouse steak tails.
BROILING
Preheat broiler. Place broiling pan 3-4 inches away from heat source. Broil approximately 10-14 minutes (depending on your degree of doneness you desire), total cooking time. Consult Cooking ABC’s for more information on cooking times.
GRILLING
Preheat grill. Cook on low-medium heat for approximately 10-14 minutes, (depending on your degree of doneness you desire), total cooking time. Consult Cooking ABC’s for more information on cooking times.
