Cauliflower Beef Shepherds Pie

A classic English comfort food, upgraded with a healthy twist. Our version of the shepherd’s pie is a rich, hearty Prime Beef stew with fresh vegetables that is topped with a layer of mashed cauliflower. This creates a great substitute for creamy mashed potatoes.
ROASTING
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove clear plastic lid and place tray in oven. If frozen, roast for 16-18 minutes or until items have reached your desired degree of doneness. If fresh, roast for 10-12 minutes or until the items reach your desired degree of doneness. Please don’t use the microwave.
