ROASTING
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Find tray large enough to hold the brisket and the gravy. Remove clear plastic lid and place tray in oven. If frozen, roast for 18-25 minutes or until items have reached your desired degree of doneness. If fresh, roast for 10-12 minutes or until the items reach your desired degree of doneness. Please don’t use the microwave.
