The All Natural Center Cut Rib Pork Chop is carved from the center of the loin and is exuberantly flavorful and juicy. Works well with marinades and is ideal for roasting, grilling or pan-frying.

BROILING
Preheat broiler. If you choose, add a marinade, rub or select a seasoning recipe. Place broiler pan 3-4 inches away from heat source. Broil approximately 8-12 minutes, total cooking time. Internal temperature on an instant read thermometer
should read 150 degrees. Note: Pork can be a little pink. Consult Cooking ABC’s for more information on cooking times.

GRILLING
Preheat grill. If you choose, add a marinade, rub or select a seasoning recipe. Cook on low to medium heat for approximately 8-12 minutes, total cooking time. Internal temperature on an instant read thermometer should read 150 degrees. Note: Pork can be a little pink. Consult Cooking ABC’s for more information on cooking times.

ROASTING
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. If you choose, add a marinade, rub or select a seasoning recipe. Put pork in a roasting pan or on a
baking sheet. Place uncovered in oven and reduce temperature to 350 degrees. Roast for approximately 16-22 minutes. Internal temperature on an instant read thermometer should read 150 degrees. Note: Pork can be a little pink.

SAUTEING
Dust chops with either seasoned flour or egg and bread crumbs. Heat oil in a pan on medium-high heat. Add chops and brown on both sides about approximately
